I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2017 after years of working in martial arts and then in manual labor. Those physically demanding jobs taught me valuable lessons and gave me a deep understanding of how stress, both physical and mental, impacts the body.

My passion for wellness grew out of my own struggles with the toll physical work took on my body and my wife’s battle with chronic neurological issues. These experiences fueled my pursuit of effective treatments, and lead me to specialize in orthopedic massage, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic therapy. I believe a holistic approach to the body’s systems is key to lasting wellness.

 

Outside of bodywork, I reside in Netcong, NJ with my wife of eighteen years and our four year old daughter. Together we enjoy exploring parks, playgrounds, and historical sites as well as drawing, coloring, cooking, reading books, making up stories. We also love watching Bluey, Spiderman, & Gabby's Dollhouse, keeping up on current events, and watching the trains go by.
