Refund Policy

At Macura Therapeutic Bodywork, LLC, we are committed to providing a high-quality, professional, and relaxing mobile massage experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your session.

1. Services Rendered Are Non-Refundable

 

Due to the nature of massage therapy as a time-based, personalized service, all completed sessions are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

 

 

2. Cancellation Refunds

 

 

  • 24 hours or more notice: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial refund or forfeiture of the session fee, depending on the circumstances.

  • No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without notice are not eligible for a refund.

3. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances and have prepaid, you will receive the choice of:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward rescheduling your session at a later date.

4. Prepaid Packages or Gift Certificates

​

  • Prepaid sessions or gift cards are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

  • If you need to reschedule a prepaid session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Payment Disputes

​

If there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us directly at Appointments@MacuraTherapeuticBodywork.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
