Welcome to Macura Therapeutic Bodywork, LLC. By booking or receiving services from our mobile massage therapy business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

​

We provide mobile massage therapy services at the client’s location, including homes, offices, and events. All services are provided by a licensed and insured massage therapist.

2. Client Health & Medical Disclosure

 

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns prior to their session. Massage is not a substitute for medical care and may be refused or modified if the therapist determines it is not safe or appropriate.

​

 

3. Consent

​

By receiving a massage, you consent to appropriate physical touch and understand the nature of massage therapy. You have the right to stop or modify the session at any time.

4. Contraindications

 

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if a client has a contagious illness, open wounds, signs of intoxication, or any condition that makes massage unsafe.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

6. Payment

​

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. You may book out but will not been seen again until previous appointments are paid in full. If at your next appointment you have not paid for the prior one, the appointments you have booked out will be canceled.

 

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, & Venmo.

 

Gratuity is not expected, but appreciated if you feel so inclined.

7. Therapist Safety

​

For the safety of our therapists, we reserve the right to decline or end a session at any time if inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior occurs. Payment for the full session may still be required.

8. Location Requirements

​

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and quiet space for the massage. A small area for the massage table and access to hand-washing is needed.

9. Privacy

​

All client information is kept strictly confidential. We comply with all applicable privacy and health laws.

​

10. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
